Story

What a misadventure it is to explore Montréal with very little French skills under your belt.  That is however exactly what we decided to do.  We ordered the wrong food.  The wrong transportation.   Walked halfway across the city trying to find our way back to the AirBnB, and I'm sure there are more examples of how under-prepared we were.   That is not what's important though, what really matters is how nicely these photos turned out!

And for my fellow fans of Brutalist architecture out there, I've snuck in a relatively bad shot of Habitat 67.  It's a far walk to get up close, from where my photo was taken and after a little mishap with my boots and some bloody feet, I was not too keen on walking all the way around the pier!
